- Wash: Begin by washing your hands with warm soapy water. You want to remove any excess salt, dirt, or oils that have built up throughout the day. Washing also opens your pores up to receive the CBD.
- The “Slow Rub”: Next, take a dime-sized amount and place it on the palm of one hand. Use the palm of your opposite hand to slowly rub the cream into your skin. We like to start with the backs of your hands first because skin is thinnest there and shows aging quicker.
- The Palm Massage: Once you’ve covered the top of your hands, turn your hands palm to palm. Use your thumb to press into the palm of your opposite hand. Massage the base of each finger and between the thumb and pointer finger. This not only feels amazing but promotes blood circulation to draw the Nano CBD into your skin.
